How to cancel your Swirl subscription
Open Settings, then Billing, then Cancel plan. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. If you subscribed through the iPhone or Android app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play instead.
On the web
Go to Settings, open Billing, and choose Cancel plan. The confirmation screen shows the date your access ends. You can keep using the plan until that date.
On iPhone or Android
If you started the subscription inside the app, the payment belongs to the app store. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscriptions or in Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling in the app store is the only way to stop that charge.
What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- The plan does not renew after that date.
- Your chats and documents stay in your account unless you delete them.
- You can subscribe again later, at the price shown at that time.
If you cannot find the cancel button
Check that you are signed in to the account that owns the subscription. If the plan was bought on another account or through an app store, the cancel control will not appear here. Email support@swirlai.app with the receipt and we will point you to the right place.
