Is Swirl free to try?
Yes. Every account starts with 5 free messages on the Free plan, and no card is required. The Free plan runs on the Free model and accepts file uploads up to 1 MB.
How much do Swirl's paid plans cost?
Mini is $5 per month, Turbo is $12 per month, and Mega is $30 per month. Every tier is the same product with a larger monthly usage pool. Prices are in USD.
What is a usage pool?
A monthly allowance measured in dollars of model usage rather than a count of messages. A short question on a fast model spends a fraction of a cent; a long run on a heavier model spends more. The pool refills with your billing period, so light weeks carry no penalty.
Can I buy more usage without changing plans?
Yes. Extra usage is a one-off top-up worth $1 of credit per dollar, in amounts from $5 to $500. Your plan's pool is always spent first, and the top-up only covers the overflow once that pool runs dry.
What is Swirl Platinum?
Platinum is the premium line: $100 per month for five times Mega's allowance, or $200 per month for ten times. Both tiers include unmetered use of the Fast model, extended thinking, web search, and preferential rates on specialist catalog models.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Switch or cancel at any time; proration is automatic, and the plan you paid for stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
