How to export your data
Open Settings, then Data, and choose Export. You get a copy of your conversations, documents, and memory. If the export fails or the file is incomplete, email support@swirlai.app from the account address.
What is included
- Chat transcripts and thread titles.
- Documents and visualizations you created.
- Memory entries.
- Account details needed to identify the export.
What is not included
Payment card details, because the processor holds them. Other people's shared links. Internal model routing data.
If the export fails
Large accounts can take a few minutes. If the file does not arrive, try once more, then email support with the account address and the time you requested it. Do not send your password.
