How to delete your account

Cancel first

An active subscription is a separate contract from the account. Cancel it in Billing, or in the app store if that is where you bought it. Deleting the account while a subscription is active can leave the charge running.

Delete the account

Go to Settings, Account, Delete account. Confirm the email prompt. The account is scheduled for deletion and you are signed out.

What is removed

• Chats and documents.
• Memory entries.
• Email preferences and marketing profile.
• The account record, except records we must keep for tax and fraud rules.

Can it be undone

No. Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before you confirm.
