### Is it safe to paste a letter?

Remove your account numbers, your card number, and any one-time code first. The letter itself is usually fine; the numbers are what matter.

### Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Swirl runs in the browser and can be installed on your phone's home screen.

### Can it call or email someone for me?

No. It writes the reply or the questions; you send them. It will not contact anyone on its own.

### Does it remember my details?

Only what you tell it, and only while memory is on. You can read, edit, or delete everything in Settings, Memory.
